The establishment of the teleassistance/telecare system will be done jointly with the Bulgarian partners in the project – Ministry of Health and Ministry of Labor and Social Policy and using the experience of Norway in the name of the Norwegian Association of Local and Regional Authorities (KS).
The introduction of the new service and the establishment of working coordination mechanisms with other health and social institutions foresees the involvement of all stakeholders at national and local level, as well as the involvement of end users at every stage of its development.
