In November and December, the last steps were taken before the launch of the new teleassistance and telecar services to be provided in the districts of Vratsa, Vidin and Montana. Representatives of the company – provider of the unified monitoring system, conducted trainings for the teams of all 7 Home Care Centers, as well as of the employees of the Control and Communication Center on the functioning of the software system and personal devices. The services for the beneficiaries will start in January 2022, and it is expected to cover 500 people by 2023.
